  • A Family Torn Apart...

Amongst the city of Yartar lives a noble family, the Rhinehart clan. No such family has had such victory, and yet tragedy, within its halls.
Farrel Rhinehart, along with Alazandria Nosftade started a family within the walls of Castle Yartar. This spawned many generations of knights who upheld the law and protection of the city. Daughters grew to be great crafters of medicine, while sword and shield always seemed fated with the sons. Death seemed to stay away from this family, as all kin would return unharmed from battle or mission. Soon, many resented such arrogance and luck, driving away the noble family from the circle of lords.

The oldest of the clan now, Sir Walter Rhinehart, decided to part ways with nobility and purchased a rather large amount of land outside of the city. Th current generation past, and with that a new mind set established. The Eldest son, Elritch, decided to devote him and his family's attention to the church of Tyr. Many were knighted under the guidance of Tyr, and became very capable warriors of justice. Elritch's services aside, questions rose with the Rhinehart's vast fortune. Why shouldn't the teachings of Tyr be given this to further it's spand through out the realm, and so that all will know true justice. The Rhinehart's family fortune soon dwindled into the hands of Tyr's house, leaving them with an unkept castle of ruin.

Before long, Elritch and his family resided to a villa along side one of Tyr's grandest churches in the area. Elritch soon spawned Eurin, then Mathius, Melchiah soon after, with Dieter from a forgotten misstress. Four sons to carry on Tyr's work, and four sons to perhaps restore the family to it's former glory.

Eurin and Melchiah both trained within the church as paladin's of Tyr. Both would spared and clashed daily, as well studying law to further themselves. Soon, they grew, and recieved a simple mission in the northern forests of Longsaddle. They were seperated, but were soon reunited, under strange conditions. Eurin was distant, and no longer played with Mel, which bothered him greatly. Eurin disappeared one night, Melchiah was sent to search for him. Talks of traitorous activity began to spread, as Eurin was perhaps behind the recent attacks in the name of Bane. Mel brushed these rumors aside and proceeded to aid his brother, wherever he may be. Suddenly, with in the same forest that they fought together, Melchiah was struck off his mount, only to discover it was indeed Eurin. A dark knight loomed behind Eurin as they fought for their lives. There was no playing, nor laughing, or love. Confusion and hate flowed between them. "Why such betrayal, why would you defy not only your church, but your brother?", thought Melchiah. Eurin soon bested him, and dropped him to the ground. Then, when the final blow would be certain, Eurin sword struck, just two inches off course from Melchiah's throat. Eurin leaned down whispering "Your dead...", and with that, the once loving brother and dark knight vanished within the deep forest. Melchiah contnues to serve and protect under Tyr, as well as bringing his brother back home.

Dieter soon left after recieving word of yet another brother. Disgusted with his father's hypocricy, he left his villa home to retreave this brother, with hopes to return and clean this family dry. Ozymandias was this brother's name, and actually grew up to be a soldier of Yartar. The events that occured there after are still guised from common knowledge.

Mathius saw the foolishness within the church, and decided to leave them to their own devices. After recieving inspiration from a local blacksmith, Mathius forsakken his knighthood to further this craft and make it by himself in the world.

But acouple of years later, Elritch died of depression, soon followed Lady Evelyn at the age of 73. Heirlooms were sold, including the fresh villa that held together such a destructive family together. Five sons are the last of this once great liniage, seperated by fate, held together by blood. Journeying about the realms, they tell their story, ever searching for who they are or what they are to do...

This is my generalization of two PnP characters I've made ever since I started rping. Also the 2 others a friend of mine has made to shove into the family, lol.
Eurin, however, will never be made...
