He had finally arrived in port. What did they call this place again? Oh, that's right. Sundren.
What is your name and where do you hail from? And what are you here for?
Hmmm... another land keeping a census. Sure. I'll tell them anything just like the last time. It's not like they can really check. Elijah wasn't fond of lying but it has become a necessity. The first time he revealed where he was from, he was almost found and captured. Where did this ship leave from again? Ah, that's right... He then replied. The Moonshae Isles. They call me Duskthorne. And I am a bounty hunter.
A bounty hunter? Elijah smirks to himself. It was ironic that the very people he sought to escape from have influenced him to turn to the same profession. To escape capture, he learned how to think like a bounty hunter. He learned so well in fact that he became one. It was the easiest way for him to obtain a coin considering that he traveled so much.
There aren't too many that can do what he can do however. He specializes in the apprehension of mages. Irony strikes again in his profession as uses the Weave against those he apprehends. He believes that you CAN fight fire with fire. And there aren't many that can learn the arcane arts and still have the ability to become a master tracker.
He scans the dock walls for potential work. Posters are loosely arrayed. Someone is paying to eradicate some goblins. Bah. Not even worth my time. Eh, I guess work is still work. Karthus? Hmmm... too bad he's already apprehended. That was a LARGE reward. Logan? I'll keep that one in mind. Another on a tiefling. I don't even know what a "tiefling" is.
He takes copies of the bounty posters down and takes mental notes of their descriptions. He then wanders off into town to assess the land he is now in.
