The elf quietly unlocked the door to his room, shutting it behind him and walking softly to the couch if front of the fire. He tossed a few logs on the glowing coals. As he watched the flames wrap around the logs his mind began to drift back to his meeting earlier that day, the devil had found him....
Sehron had the feeling he was being followed well before he reached the Post. He sat under the tree in hopes that he could avoid some of the constant rain. The figure approached slowly, stopping within whispering distance of the elf.
The figure spoke in a soft feminine voice "Your a difficult one to find, aren't you?" Sehron turned to the masked figure. "You always were the little engineer, weren't you?"
The elf tilted his head "Who are you and why are you following me?" The figure removed the mask, revealing a young woman with golden blonde hair and eyes the color of fire. "Let's just say I'm a friend of the family." Sehron felting a burning on his chest, where his father had marked him as a child. He looked up and saw the woman eye's glowing with hate.
"W-who are you?" the elf asked while clutching his chest. "You know who I am, Sehron. Why don't you simply say it?" Sehron shook his head and answered "No." "It doesn't matter, it isn't my real name any way. I need you Sehron, I have an offer for you."
Sehron looked at the ground, at a loss for words, listening to the Devil as she spoke. "I want to free your mother, Sehron. You remember her, don't you? Did you think she was dead?" Sehron, not taking his eyes off the ground in front of him, replied "N-no, last I heard she was still in a dungeon in Silverymoon." "Very good, Sehron. When is the last you visited her? She kept you and your brother safe all those years, and what have you done to repay her? Help me free her, you know she is innocent, Sehron, help me free her."
Sehron closed his eyes and shook his head "I will not deal with you. You destroyed my family once, I will not give you the chance to do so again." "You are the ungrateful little welp aren't you? She rots in that prison, put there by the same people that you aid today. She kept you from them, and this is how you choose to repay her? Caelreth always did seem to be the smarter of the two. Perhaps I will have to seek him out and offer him the same." The woman looks down at the elf "You had a chance to free her, and you refused, rest well with that." The woman shakes her head and simply fades from sight. He heard a voice whisper "I will have what is owed to me."
Sehron feels a hand on his shoulder and opnes his eyes. He sees the fire, the logs he tossed on, now merely embers. He looks up and forces smile, "Good morning, mind if we speak for a bit...."
((I know this isn't word for word, but it was what I could remember. Thanks for the RP))
