A flawlessly lettered notice with the headline "1000 gold stags bounty" is tacked to the wagon by the fire in Exigo trading grounds. It continues; "A male halfling has been practicing pickpocketing in the Exigo trading grounds. If you catch a male halfling in the commission of such thievery bring him before me and if he is the one I seek you shall be paid 1000 gold stags."
