Parchments bearing this message can be seen on the doors of the Temple of Kelemvor as well as on the Gate to the Necropolis itself. The message is as follows:

WARNING!
Recent events have stirred the Masters of the Necropolis into action. These creatures know no remorse, no pity, no emotion. They will destroy any who stand against them without hesitation or thought. If you come into contact with such a creature, do not offer up violence as a greeting; under certain circumstances these creatures may be reasoned with, but that is not a constant. It is advised that should you make contact do all within your power to escape its presence and seek out the shelter of the Temple, as such creatures cannot defy the Will of Kelemvor and persue you within those Holy walls.
We have stirred the nest with our persistant destruction of the twisted creatures within the acursed grounds of the Necropolis. We have angered the Masters there and they seek vengence for their losses. Do not fear, do not cower, but do not act foolishly. We begin to weaken those within, and if we are vigilant, we may yet find and destroy the sources of power that corrupt that once sacred place and restore the serenity of eternal slumber to those souls laid to rest within.
