Slipping from shadow to shadow she continues to explore the various changes to the valley. As she approaches the road leading to the demon possessed she notices a heavily armored man Preparing himself for battle. Watching the man she struggles with an internal conflict of desire and caution, to remain hidden or to slip her dagger into his kidney and watch him bleed. Eventually she decides evaluate his skill with his sword, and, if he failed to impress her, she could always kill him in the end.
Stepping out of the shadows, Katana drawn, she waits for him to notice her. The surprise on his face gives her a little satisfaction. He greets her and asks what she was doing there. Her only answer is to point her katana down the road.
"You don't talk much I see. Thats ok I prefer action myself," The armored human states.
Shakes her head slowly she speaks in a soft voice that sounds as if not used in a long time.
"No need waste words on the dead," her words directed at him. Looking slightly confused the human nods. "Shall we then?" The armored human begins walking down the road causing her desire to stab him to rise. Smiling behind her mask she follows him, slipping into his shadow and all but disappearing. They encountered nothing but the moving dead on the road causing her smile to fade and her urge to slip her dagger into his joints to grow. As she debates on following through with her desire they enter a church like building, the armored human is immediately attacked, and she moves behind them to slip her daggers into the vital organs.
Much to her delight dark blood began to flow as her daggers slipped in and out of the living bodies severing major arteries and eviserating livers and kidneys. The blood from the many, now dead, bodies begins to pool around her and the armored human, him hacking away with a large sword and her slipping from shadow to shadow delivering precise blows. She didn't notice her own cuts until the human stopped fighting long enough to heal them. Watching as one on her arm closes for a moment she wonders if she should thank him or kill him. Shaking her head she smiles as she moves, there was more killing to be had.
While they dispatched another group of ensorcalled humans, her skin began to tingle a tell tale sign of sorcery being used. Slipping her dagger out of the spine she just severed, she slips into the shadows quickly scanning the carnage for the source of her discomfort. She sees what, for her, could only be a female demon. Her eyes shine with excitement as she watches it bare down on the armored human. Slipping from the shadows she strikes the demon from behind three times bringing it down. Grinning from ear to ear she decides not to kill this human, yet. He has given her good prey and deserved a reward, yes he could live for now.
