*A Hin, wearing a suit of mithril platemail, a shield on his back, and a sling hooked in his belt takes a day to visit all the Blackwood soldiers on duty and in the HQ. A curious onlooker would hear pretty much the same conversation at each stop.*
Heya Blackwood, ya got time for me to stop and bend yer ear for a bit? Names Cranky McGillicutty, a tried and true member of the Blackwood and put in charge of a few things within the Company.
I know ya are probably a bit perplexed with all the changes and such in the past couple months, but I am telling ya that things are gonna get better, much better. There is gonna be battle and plenty of opportunity for rank and loot. Ya can trust ole Cranky on that.
As to moving from the Port and all, don't take it the wrong way. We are being positioned strategic like, so that we can be a more effective fighting force and have a more solid base of operations. It do make sense if ya think about it for a few minutes.
Now boys, while I am out, about, and in charge of things, I got just three rules. Ya keep faith with me rules and we will all be square.

Rule number one - Fight like hell!
Rule number two - Don't drink while yer on duty. It only ends in a bad way.
Rule number three - Don't ever steal from yer mates or their families.
Ya go by them rules and we is gonna have a beautiful relationship. Now, here is a bit oh coin for some drinks when ya get off duty. So buck up, ruck up, and be ready ta move.
