With each nights Fall and armored and hooded form of Grann enters into different area's where refugees have gathered in the valley, delivering a message each time.

"People Of Sudren those you would have called you protectors or champions have abandoned you, cast you out, turned their backs upon you. They have taken your city form you in your time of need. Keeping it's splendor for themselves, the so called privileged elite, the nobles the wealthy. They dangle promises before you that you may sometime reenter. Lies, they have left you to the bloodmain left you for dead. We though have not. Your so called Oppressors, no longer, we can become your salvation. Turn to us, and you will have protection, turn to us, and you have food, water. Turn to us and you will have your valley back." Pointing to the city in the sky. "Turn to us and have your vengeance, take back your city. All you need to is pledge to one of the three, join their ranks, and serve."

Each morning, noon and afternoon, in various places, following refugees, especially those traveling between the Port and the Gate, numerous Ilmatari priestess deliver the following message of hope to the wayward souls; the time because that is when people are actually likely to be traveling. No sensible soul would be out in the night during this time.

"You are the people, you are the ones that the Legion, the Veritas, and a Dragon, of all things, a great ancient Wyrm, fought for you! Your sons, daughters, friends, family and others all fought for you. When you consider safety, consider the words of those that now offer you salvation. Have they no compassion to the problems that they themselves caused? No. They want you to join them so they can try to take over the City. A city that they themselves could not take. They want you to be their new army because theirs is in disarray. If you should be asking for vengeance and justice, it should be against these so called saviors.
