  • Bandits temple fun

A rumor begins to filter through the throngs that frequent Jimmy's Dice, a rumor that two bold souls entered the Banite fortress and kidnapped a Banite priest. They then escaped after killing many of the denizens of the fortress and then left the trussed up Banite at the temple of helm.

Rumor states that the adventures were a Halfling and a Dwarf.

The rumor dies among the Triad's faithful as quickly as it comes, firmly squelched by Tornbrook.

"One does not simply walk into the Forsaken Citadel. Its black gates are guarded by more than just servants of hatred. There is evil there that does not sleep, and the dark champions there are ever watchful. It is a barren wasteland, riddled with fire and ash and dust; the very air you breathe is a poisonous fume. Not with legions at your back could you do this. It is a fable slicked with too much ale, nothing more."

Salagar the Grim hears the tales coming from the Triad faithful and chuckles.

"if the holy rollers want proof, I kept some keepsakes from my travels. When are they going to learn that the Cartel can go anywhere they want?"

Salagar chuckle again as he fades into the shadows near the Temple of Helm.

Daniel only flicks the ash off his cigarette, his grey eyes placid and empty. He leans on the bar as Jimmy wipes an ale glass with one of the orcs' many rags found in questionable places.

"Sure. And I'm a paladin." He mutters quietly to himself, taking another drag.
          Characters:
Peridan Twilight, one-eyed dog of the Legion, deceased.
Daniel Nobody, adventurer and part time problem solver.

Clear violation of the rules, only a day or two after the same rule had been broken. There will be consequences.

All players involved will be questioned on the matter, for now this thread is closed.

Due to the handling of these events (no DM), this RP will be disregarded.
The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.
