Following Doc Snyder's visit, Tery Mard walks slowly around Sestra. He examines buildings as he passes. "No, too much to refurbish it." he thinks as he passes the abandoned building by the bridge.
Visiting each of the religious establishments in turn, he asks those in charge if they might have any spare space where an infirmary might be set up. Most reply that they may have some, but will not give him a firm commitment at that time.
He also visits the basement of Corps Headquarters and the storerooms in the Exarch's palace where grain for trade had previously been stored. "Maybe the Exarch will grant us space here." he muses.
Returning to his office, he pens a list
He leaves the note prominently on his desk and commences other duties.

3. Begin an appeal for spare beds, bedding and furniture from the citizens
