Retreat for Meditation

Tery Mard enters the Monastery in Sestra.

"This is not the best time," he thinks. "But i need to spend time in meditation."

"I'm glad Brunus returned and that Cesar is still about. Sestra will be in safe hands with them, until I return."

The Monastery doors close behind him.

Tery emerges from the Monastery, feeling refreshed, but apprehensive. "I wonder how things have gone while I've been in seclusion. I'm sure Brunus and Cesar have accomplished much. I hope nothing untoward has occurred, though." he muses.

Back in his office, he hears the noise from the basement. He picks up the copy of the report to the Arbiters Allliance that Brunus has left on his desk. He smiles. "This is all excellent, but then what else would I expect?" he thinks.

He rises from his chair and heads down to the basement to confer with Brunus in person.
