Arrival: Gate is very impressive. Soldiers look nervous and grumpy. Annoying woman wanted me to send someone to fix her wagon. Bought armor and daggers, do not like the armor.
Attacked on road near farms. Farms seemed abandoned, not a good sign. Bandits seem to be doing well.
Merc who claims to be Sgt (Grayham? (close enough for memory)) wants someone to kill goblins. Does not make sense, pays well enough. Picked plants for botanist, strange people.
Crazy Sunites, Halfling lass agreed
Sent after goblin chieften (promised reward is vague)
Saw man break out of goblin trap, apparently went to sleep at base of statue bled all over, goblins are dead. Man not seen since.
Went in to caves with Dwarf and Human mage very successful party not crazy like sunites
Found a potion, very useful in fights seeking potion vendor.
Vendor found in city, interesting enough place, explore later staying in trade center, bought pair of boots from a woodsman.
Bought potions for forray into goblin warrens
Killed chief of goblins, unpleasent fight, almost lost
Merc Sgt. directed me to Shadestrike
Shadestrike is a self absorbed person given to tendencies of greed, impressive golem project.
Reward and loot sales more than paid for potions, need to replace armor soon.
Ohgma Priest wants some idiot to study goblin writings, need money for armor so I will be an idiot
Tested the Viridale inhabitants...saw big one with mace must be careful here
Ran into Dwarf on way out, Name Brunus, looks well off saw him before but ascertained nothing at the time. Was not able to ascertain loyalties without giving anything of myself away. Did not press...
