She stood silently over the old merchant, gazing down at the blood pouring down from his mouth, on the ground. She looked to her sides again, no one was there. She still knew the Nightsinger watches her in night. Suddenly, she kneeled down and bursted crying. She ran a hand slowly over the old man, tears spilling out from her eyes. She yelled and shouted, but nothing. The silence of the night wrapped her tightly, making her fall into greater despair. She lay down next to him, running her hand over her face, wiping the tears. After a few moment of calming through soft meditation, she stood up and walked off, not before piercing a flaming wooden spike in the man's chest, leaving him to burn silently.
"Another normal night of mine. I'm sure you're pleased, Dark Goddness."
She wanders further into the road, giving one last glance at the man, with a silent tear...that quickly turns into a grim expression, returning her gaze back towards the road.
