  • Red Aerman

Red Aerman is a Chaotic Neutral Tiefling Rogue, His first name comes from his bright red hair and eyes. Loves rapiers... Pretty quiet and usually prefers to stay hidden in the shadows listening to people until he has something to say. Is interested in alchemy and loves anything that combines magic with technology (Or just pure technology).

    Probably staying pure Rogue...

Sounds like a gnome with the technology. Should be interesting.
The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

I've always loved technology in the D&D setting... especially the fact that Mind Flayers are so insanely high tech. I guess i've always loved the idea of machines that are far ahead of our technology now existing in a fantasy setting being powered by magic or steam or some rare gems etc etc... Being totally out of place but at the same time somehow being believable...

I miss Spelljammer myself. intereacted with FR quite well, with its use of flintlocks.
I used to have an Imperial Elven Officer in AD&D. Carried a brace of pistols, and widely avoided 'groundling' mages, since they disliked the newfangled gunpowder, as the death of magic. Also his spelljamming ship our group used was a good plot device.
Now that was technology and magic.
There's a thin line between the definition of genius and insanity; I cross it all the time.

Death: "Yes. Justice. Mercy. Duty. Things of that nature."
