This report has information on my expedition into the Veritas stronghold on ((The Sundren date that corresponds to the date I'm putting this up)).
Me and two companions, a human mage named Bram and a Dwarf nature priest named Torgar, ascended the hill into the Veritas stronghold, looking for anything out of the ordinary and hoping to keep their numbers few enough to prevent them from pushing out. We did not find anything out of the ordinary to suggest they plan to push out in the near future nor anything to suggest that they are scheming in any other way. We killed many of their number without loss to ourselves. The expedition seems to be a success.
As my companions and I reached the base of the hill outside we came across a well dressed human who introduced himself as "Feigan Callow of Myrkul's host." He had a cloak with a clasp that had a symbol that my companions identified as Myrkul's. ((goes on to give a decent description of his face and outfit)). While my companions and I were around he summoned several undead and seemed confident he could take on the fortress by himself. I looked to my companions as I was tired from fighting our way through the fortress and they did not seem to be up to as serious of a fight as it looked to be. We departed without exchanging blows. My companions agree with me that if we had not been exhausted we would have attempted to apprehend him. I suggest putting a bounty on him, but be warned he seems well armed and extremely dangerous.
This concludes my report.
