entry one: day five (or is it six?)
How many days has it been since i arrived in these lands, five? six? I am already losing count, should be more aware of the time. Time, i only have so little. The patience of Bane is growing thin, i pray for forgiveness every night.
There are some things that took my interest in these lands. For starters there is the goblin infestation in the hills. Yes, an infestation, they seem like an endless stream of cockroaches. The odd thing that i noticed is that a few banite clerics have sided with the vermin. They do not seem to lead the goblins, a matter of fact, they only seem to be aiding them as inferiors.
This just proves the lack of influence the black hand holds here, the few disciples are joining forces with the goblins in hope to gain some glory on the battlefield. Fools, they are making a mockery of my lord. What will humanity think of Bane? The god who sided with an army of goblins and bestowed a minor nuisance on the local townsfolk? I should attempt to capture a follower of Bane and interrogate him why he is siding with the vermin.
Luckily i still have greater plans for my lord but these plans take time. The lands are filled with followers of Sune, Torm and any other wretched deity that i can think of. Where are they hiding? I must find them....
I have managed to keep a low profile in the cities. I will refuse to hide my pendant, my devotion towards the black hand is just and i will not hide it to anyone. I am not planning to cause any trouble in town anyway, why should i? Diplomacy seems to have kept me out of most trouble anyway.
