They were at the back door of the Red Knight temple. Andy has been told by that lady how she wanted to join the Red Blades and serve her deity with pride, honor and glory. The Red Blade Avanger asked Andy if she was in a agreement, and she said the lady had potential once she searched for Andy to show her will in joining the order. The Avanger then allowed Andy to carry on with the initial trials.
"Your first task is to go into the woods and defeat an ogre or an orc using only a short blade." Said Andy when they were about to go deep inside the Viridale forest. "However, I can't allow you to get killed, so, if I find need in getting in the way, or send Initiate Talvalin in your aid, it will means that you have failed." Both nodded to the Red Blade Defender.
They fought bravely until they reached the fort where the Mossclaw tribe use to meet, and as usual, it was full of those evil beasts.
The three heavy armored soldiers then kept going. Andy was the first one to charge against the enemies and, one by one, they were falling before her. "Fall before the Red Knight!" Near her, Talvalin defeated mostly the goblins than the gnolls, and the only ogre there found himself suddenly fihgting against a soldier armed only with a short blade that was enough to give him the eternal rest. After that, they also defeated gracefully the hostile forces of the tribe inside the fort and the rienforcements that arraived when they were leaving.
Back to the Viridale Border Camp, a new Initiate Red Blade was standing before Talvalin and Andy as the words were sounding with a proud tone of voice. "You not only defeated your enemy in the conditions you should but helped in defeating the evil beasts inside and outside the fort. Welcome to the order, Initiate Brinsbane." Said Andy. "Your next trial is to craft a short blade made of cold iron, our favor metal, then you should keep using only the short blade until you prove me that you are worthy enough to pass to the next blade type. And remember, now you are a Red Blade, keep always vigilant.
