  • Bunar Ironfist, an intoduction.

Having come from a Dwarven family that served one of the kings guard…Bunar was always around the forge as he was growing up in this dwarven community.

While not nobility, he was born of a well-to-do family, and as such was afforded privilege where others were not. He was taught letters of 3 races, Ork… because they were the enemy. Gnome…because they had items that were regularly traded for dwarven goods, and Common, for it was what the humans spoke and they were spreading across the land very fast because of there short lifespan.

While growing up Bunar knew he was treated different than the other children. He had taken this to mean that his parents were stricter than the others..for he was often not allowed to go play but was instead closeted away with a teacher of one kind or another. He didn’t make it easy though….He was always playing pranks on the teachers….like the time he spread some Tackalith tree sap on the instructors desk, and the instructor…Yep…put his stack of papers right on top of it. He was not aware of his error till he slammed his fist onto the desk and got his hand stuck in the sap. It took Bunar's parents quite a bit of gold to get another instructor to teach him the remainder of his studies.

He also was taught the martial arts by the kings guard This gave him the edge on all his friends, and he quickly gained a reputation of one to not spar against unless you were into broken bones and long recoveries at the cleric’s chambers.

At the young age of 50 Bunar was as well groomed as his parents, The Ironfists, could afford. As such he was given what little they could afford after his training and sent on his way to make a name for himself in the city of Sundren.
