Strange Man in the Tradin Post

Rumors of a strange unlicensed man attempting to sell a family heirloom at the Exigo trading post have begun circulating in the area. The heirloom is supposedly a ring and is reported to have the power to protect someone from the chill of the night air. The man seems to be posing as a noble and refuses to give his name.

Rastellia, the Sharessin Bardess, has reported this strange occurrence to the guards at the Trading Post.
