Mission Statement: A company designed to promote cooperation and respect within the group whereas the continue success of the company benefits its members who pledge, via contract, to uphold the rules of the group. Joining the Co-op shall not impact a company member's standing in any other guilds, organizations, fraternities, sororities, or military orders. Members may freely withdraw their membership.

Company members who break their contract are disqualified from receiving compensation. Copies of said, signed, contract are filed in Sundren City Hall in accordance with regulations, in such case as any legal dispute arises.
Bylaws:
Amendments to Articles: Bylaws may be amended and new bylaws approved by consensus of Board Members. Additional rules, regulations and requirements may also be amended by the Board.
Philosophy: The Co-op is a loosely structured organization aimed at helping company members share knowledge and earn stags to fund magical research and personal projects, together in the spirit of cooperation and friendship.

Bylaws:
- While adventuring an elected company member shall collect any merchandise and stags found.
- The profits from found merchandise and stags shall be split evenly among party members, after being sold by the company member most skilled with negotiating, except
- Powerful items, enchanted armor and such that are helpful or desirable to party members, will be given to the person who it assists the most, thereby benefiting the group. If two people desire a particular item, a majority vote will be taken, with present company members, to decide who shall get said item.
- Company members are prohibited from stealing from other company members.
- In the case of severe dismemberment or death, the company will fund assistance from the nearest temple to assist said company member. In case the Co-op's current coffers are insufficient, company members will equally share the cost from their personal funds to assist any company memeber
