I'm more of a basic person. I like rogues and rangers the best. I started off playing wizards so they would be a close second. I'm not too fond of the natural casters like sorcerers and warlocks.
      Byrun - Wandering Swordsman
Falrenn Silvershade - Shaper of Truths

If you're searching the lines for a point
      Well, you've probably missed it
      There was never anything there
      In the first place

      Wax Fang - Majestic

In NWN1 when we could go to 40th level:
        Ranger/Rogue/SD - almost unkillable in NWN1
Bard/AA - A killing/damage machine and could easily see the HIPS characters and easily kill them

        In NWN2:
        Archer types - Ranger specifically
        Favored Soul
        • Dalrion - Ranger of the Viridale
        • Constantine - Adorned of Ilmater
        • Crom - Priest of Gorm

My favorite from NWN1 was something like:

            Rogue32/Fighter8

Pick up Knockdown, dual-wield daggers, Great DEX out the wazoo, improved sneak attack as much as possible. Knock 'em down, dish out 100+ damage in 3 seconds, repeat.

Oh, we can do those types of classes? Mine would have to be:

                Bruce Willis - 10

                Super-saiyan- 10

Then just put the rest into Fighter or barbarian for the ultimate build.
Lauan - knight of Thay " I have no fear, and death is merely an inconvenience to me. I do not die until ordered to do so, I do not fall until every last bit of life has left me. I stand tall, proud, a Thayan knight."

                Adeodatus Exitium -
"Nobody is more dangerous than he who imagines himself pure in heart, for his purity, by definition, is unassailable." — James Baldwin

All you need is 1 level of Chuck Norris. Equals 40 levels of badass.
Annaleen Wiltenholm-There's always something to smile about.
Chani Kalera- Intimidation is the new diplomacy. *looms*
Eleanor "Bloody Elle" Lark - Why is the rum always gone?
Yolanda Brown - If life gives you lemons, make lemonade. But unless life also gives you water and sugar, your lemonade is going to suck.
                  Astrid Hammerhand - Och!

I think they took the Chuck Norris PrC out in 2.5E Verrath!

I've always been a fan of the Keanu Reeves PRC, first level gets you perminent Barkskin but a -10 to perform.

Level 4 nets you 'Vacant Mind' - Immunity to mind spells.

Don't forget you get exotic and martial weapon proficiency as well as unarmed strike first level.
                        Characters:
Peridan Twilight, one-eyed dog of the Legion, deceased.
Daniel Nobody, adventurer and part time problem solver.

                        [DM] Poltergeist :
If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge an intermediate deity's unbridled fury.

Well, you could also add a level of Christian Bale to get the Rage ability...

Christian Bale also gives you the spell like ability: Dramatic BodyMass Shift.
                            And a fearful gaze.

Don't forget the +10 bonus to Knowledge: Architecture and engineering and you could add some levels of William Shatner. The downside you get -20 to perform the upside you get stubbornness, enhanced energy reserve and delusion.
