Being a Warhammer 40k fanatic I'd buy a game if it was pacman seskinned with 40k models. That said DoW2 is a fairly good game on its own merits.
I love the singleplayer. Some of the best I have ever played in a RTS. Really great stuff.
The multiplayer is a bit of a dissapointment for me though. All of 7 maps? Wohoo. How long before the same terrain makes your eyes bleed now? Especially since I played the beta. And they stripped back a bit too much on base building. I liked CoH style based building. As in there was actually some base to build. At least they fixed the redundancy of requisition cap points.Jaggath Tharn, Better Than Sex.

Personally I love DoW 2. My only problem with it is (aside from a few OP units per race but generally this can balance it out) is that it gives my video card problems and having the computer blank out in the middle of a game is...irritating.Lasala'ariira-A Woman Scorned.
