              Congrats man!

I did it too, it will be hard at the begining, but a few weeks later you will even feel sick near a smoker, trust me.

Day 11 now and still going strong! Quite a liberating feeling it gives you after a while. Apparently after 3 weeks the physical addiction is gone and the rest is all in your head. I have to say I haven't really experienced any severe cravings like I expected to, just the occasional pang which I'm controlling with food. I need to put on a few stone anyway lmao.

Apparently addiction is the same part of the brain as desires to uh... do something with yourself.

Those lobes of your brain light up on a cat scan anyway.

They taught us this in uni during some brain function module. So technically if you are trying to quit an addiction and the psychological bit is the hard bit for you and you are sitting there thinking, dammit I really need a cigarette! going and doing *whistles* should take your mind of it.

                      Definately a wise decision.
