Obviously have spent much time around the Kara-tur Anks. Ninja is in fact a base class
(Bit of a strange one that has a 'Ki' similar to a monk, but point based like a psionics user I believe *shrugs*)
As for the exigo; it probably has the most dense population of anywhere in Faerun
