Toolset crashing after SoZ

Ever since installing SoZ/patching every time I try to load the toolset is crashes to desktop with an error message. My machine can easily handle the game and I'm not sure what to do now.

Anyone else had this issue or know of a way to fix it?

Using 64-bit winows.

I had to manually install updated Direct X,
