Help?

Okay so I thought I could wait a few days but no.. I need to play.

So I was logging on to the sever and when I try and DC it says the sever is offline. So I looked and found it and tried it and it still will not work it keeps saying client timed out... Any help anyone?

No but I have been playing it with out it same as other people. It is not out where I live..

I don't have SoZ yet, but had done the updates...(both NWN and Sundren)... and was able to play again. However a day or two after that I was unable to get on again. I ran the updates one more time and have been able to get back in.

Did you try doing the updates again? It's quiet around there without Dram.

Well I ran them and it still did not work. And thank you Corunto but I dont like buying games unless they are cd's

I've purchased NWN2, Mask of the Betrayer, and Storms of Zehir from Direct2Drive, burning the data onto blank DvDs after downloading it for quick and convenient reinstalls if need be. I find it a great method, because if ever lose the CDs or break them? I can redownload it for free from Direct2Drive and replace them.

However, I also understand your position in not feeling comfortable with purchasing something 'intangible'.

You were here a few days ago. What did you do differently?

I think the module itself has a prerequisite of having SoZ installed. Even if you do get it to work, your resource files might differ from the ones everyone else is using. Sundren doesn't run everything custom, after all. Just buying SoZ is the best option

If all else fails, try a complete re-install. But if you do, make sure you run the patcher to an up-to-date enough version before installing the next expansion. I've run into problems with that before. And save any self-made modules you have to prevent getting them deleted during the uninstall (*mutters some curses regarding the last bit*)

IT WORKED!!! I'm so happy. I'm not allowed where I'm at and when I saw it work I yelled so I'm in trouble now. But its worth it.

Did you try the re-install on a school computer or something?
