    How to Install SoZ and still play Sundren...

    Back up your NWN2 game folder to something other i.e. NWN2.Sundren (I needed about 9+ Gig for that) Don't rename, you have to copy. No need to touch the registry or your My Documents.

    Install SoZ (claims to need 8Gig but only enlarges the Game folder by about 2-3Gig) Patch as much as you like.

    All your desktop links will be updated to that.

    To play Sundren, navigate to your backed up game folder and start nwn2main.exe. Or create a shortcut to it.

    Worked fine for me, only problem possibly being the disk space.

        hmm intresting so just like nwn1 you can copy it to a folder and still have it work....well done. (makes sense seeing its using the same engine).

        8gigs eh? good thing I still have 200 free.

          Once the server updates to the latest patch(and everyone else does as well), everyone with SoZ and those who don't will be able to log in. As long as the mod doesn't require SoZ in module properties that is.

            For the DM Client: Create another shortcut to [backup folder]\nwn2main.exe, open properties, and add -dmclient to the command. If the command is surrounded by quotation marks, this addition must be outside of the quotation marks.
