Hello all I was just wondering if there was a place that new people can go to meet others. I bring this up as I was playing and I Was looking for people to party with though I could not find any.

Best place to try would be ths sharahan hills ,you will meet low level characters there

There is a 'search' feature that will list populated map areas, and how populated they are. That's a good way to track down RP.
