Hey guys, my wife and I went to court today to finalize the adoption of the SBG! (For those of you who do not know who the SBG is, see this thread). This is awesome! We're very excited. And, not to that anyone could have done anything since the signatures expired (in the above thread), it's still such a relief to be able to say she is now our daughter! My game time has been hindered some, but it's all good. I enjoy my time with her. As my wife and I work on our time-management (I know, that's a parents running joke), perhaps we'll be able to work out personal time for gaming and such.
As for this week in general, I know I hav a couple story arcs I'm working on with people, and I'm sorry I won't be back for any length of time until Friday at the earliest. But, I'll try to get some of the RP on the boards so I don't have to invest a lot of time working out the stories. The only problem is, I enjoy the heat-of-the-moment RP. But, we'll get it.
I won't be around until Friday because we're having VBS this week, and since I'm Youth Director at my church, it's a "Tag, you're it!" sort of thing and I'll be helping out there by handling the music and being the proud recipient of mass amounts of slime at the end! Since I don't get home until close to 9pm and have to be at work at 6:30am this week (normally 7am), you can see how my extra time is spent doing things like...you know...sleeping!
Anyway, I have some backstory stuff I've been working on, it's just not transfered to PC yet so I can post it. So, that'll be coming soon. (I know, I've said that a hundred times already!
)
