    I RP'd on a few servers on Nwn1.
I played TSM (The Silver Marches) for a while, but then when I saw Myseria, I couldn't resist... and ended up playing there for a long long long long time. =o... I miss people there. Most of them play WoW now. ;/

I guess RP is only for a certain stage in life.
Tavlis, and The Moonshae Isles were fun too. But Myseria 2 was my main server.

I loved World of Caenyr. Played there for 3 years, still do off and on. Just looking for something new and NWN2 based! They should be NWN2 soon though as well.

Other server I spent some time on was ALFA, but it was just too slow AND strict. I can only take one or the other
Mithridan: Knight of the Mystic Fire
      Qasim al-Bhaelros: Stormlord of Talos

I did a wheel of time server on NWN1 for a while. Its where my "Oh shit that mage is casting a delayed fireball thing! RUUUUUN!" stories come from. Happenned too many times to count. Stupid Asha'man. Also there seemed to be quite a lot of eliteism(as in guild leaders were the most important).

On NWN2 Before Sundren I did Ithia. Unfortuantly the host's place caught fire and the server took a big hit from that and has yet to recover fully. I'll probably stay on ithia, but Sundren is my main now.

My first ever NWN1 server was Astoria 2. I had no idea about DnD or NWN or anything when I started playing there. I had an elven cleric of Lathander who loved a vampire if that tells you anything about how much a noob I was back then.

People split from it and then it was announced that the place would be redone; everyone left then. I went to The Three Kingdoms and had a lot of fun there. People caused problems there, too, and I checked out Empires of Eternity. I think I stayed there a month or two before leaving; the majority of the playerbase acted like spoiled brats, and the admins catered to them instead of the people who followed the rules and were good roleplayers. EoE is memorable only because it's the place I played that I dislike the most.

Next came Cormyr Dalelands, and I had a great time there for a while. Then it went passworded because of an influx of bad people, and a lot of animosity was caused when it was implied that all the "new" people were causing the problems. "New" meant anyone who hadn't been there since the start. Elitism and admin conflicts prompted my departure from there. The server then went down because of admin conflicts with the server hosts, and as far as I know it's still offline.

CD was the last place I played before NWN2 came out, and then I went to Frontier. I had a lot of fun there too, but then stuff happened that caused a handful of us to depart en mass.

And so now I'm here for the time being.

Back at Astoria2, did you meet a vampire named Lokie? That was one my first in-depth characters in nwn...and the only one I've ever managed to take to level 20, as well

Was on a server called Sollice... great people but no DM's showed up... eventually the place went under because the Admins moved on to other projects. Wasted a lot of time, but made a lot of cool friends. Then many of us went over to the Fold... pretty cool but there were some issues behind the scenes and there was a mass exodus of leads/DMs... When NWN2 was "iminent" about a year and ahalf ago (lol) the admins there stopped updating for a time... myself and a bunch of others left.

Tried to create my own server, got it up and going in Beta stage and then NWN2 came out... then I moved... and currently don't know if I'll try to go NWN2 with it. Finally got a computer that can realistically play NWN2 and checked this out on a recommendation...

So this will be my first NWN2 server... and actually have not even logged in yet... and probably won't have a chance until Sunday or so... darn RL commitments.

Looking forward to jumping in here!!!

I always have a lot of different characters on the servers i play but for the most part:

Astoria 2: Was a cleric of Lathander - the only one on the server that dared wear a bright orange/red robe.

Dragon Coast: A halfling named Drin who lost more than a couple hands.

Empires of Eternity: Arch Druid Llew Hy.

                    Goodness....*clears out memory cobwebs*

                    Well..

NWN1 servers I played on for a consistent amount of time are below, though I tried many:

[edit: previous had Blackstone Keep below. Bad memory...had a little fun there]
Arabel: was ok and having fun until I got stalked by some creep, left, changed emails and logins. By stalked I mean, not in game. Was a big reason I went and bought a gun...ok, three guns: one for my house, one for my bedroom and one for my truck. yes, girls drive trucks too

TSM: did this for a little stint but admin at the time there seemed hypocritical and full of themselves... running joke by some players was to goosestep, with one hand straight out in salute (hearken back to hitler here) "You vill haff fun or ELZE!!" Really, really bad enforcing harsh penalties on everyone but thier favorites...who got away with murder....literally, in an RP sense of course. Majority of players were great though and had fun with them until it went kablooey. I hear its back up agian but still having the same inner strife as always...cursed I guess...and recently split servers over something *shrugs* who cares.

DC:EM I have to say this everytime I mention DC but before I commend, I also have to say that I have had enough DC for one lifetime. On a good note, it was one of the more brilliant put together Mods I had ever seen. Other than that, I agree with every word Euniana said about it, as well as Shadow Weaver. Bloated egos and elitism from both staff and "pet players" really ruined an otherwise brilliant Mod. I should mention some goober was getting a little too wierd like the creep on Arabel here too...gah >.< On a good note, this is where I met GodBeast, Soulbadguy, Euniana, Shadow Weaver and a few others (who I dont know are here or not) who gave me literally HOURS of good fun and memories of RP I'll never -ever- forget Yes, this could be construed as a blatant ass-kissing....but its true, so its ok lols. *kicks Dave for the fun of it and because he's a meany*

Empires of Eternity: Hm. Well, I still play there. The character I play there that is having success is the one I had in DC that got bent over by the staff because apparently it didnt meet thier definition of something or other. Whatevah. Retards. I digress. Overall I'd say EoE has its ups and downs like most decent Mods out there and it could use a little facelift here and there and old stuff fixed or removed entirely. Still, they try and a Mod that big can only be trouble, upkeep-wise *shrugs*. BUT, I stay there because there's people I love to RP with that are still there and I have fun....which, above all, is the most important factor for me. No Fun= not hanging around anymore. So, I guess when that happens EOE will be a fond memory.

                    NWN2:

Sundren. Sundren is the first NWN2 PW. I refused to install or even buy the game until I got a new computer going which has been in recent weeks. Now that I've played it, I've got several complaints about NWN2, and these are no fault of Sundren, but they just annoy the hell out of me. Aside from that, I'm still getting my feet wet in both the game AND the server so overall I really dont have much of an opinion -overall- yet. Still kinda mulling things over. I can say NWN2 doesnt impress me enough to completely stop NWN1 or other games to hang out in Sundren like a druggie needing a fix like NWN1 did, or still does to some extent...again, I dont suppose thats Sundrens fault...it just hasnt hit me yet.

Hey I played there aswell for a pretty long time. Quite the die hard world. Some people were leveled down from for instance 18 to 12 without pardon. Just because they were 'too high level'. I really didnt like that, a good friend of mine there had a succesfull character. He found all this stuff like mithril armor and saint legency katana or something like that, completely legit, they just dropped in dungeons. They just removed them without a word.. really.. really sad.

Also played on DC:IB and DC:EM. I liked IB alot until the staff got all bitchy. I played a sorceress there ( hauled her idea over here, Desmonia ). But at a certain point I was banned for a minor infraction I did 2 months before that, and that was literally one week before the end of IB. Speaking off bitches.. anyway. I did get back when EM went up, played there a little. But it was all favoritism all over again. All the goody goody people from IB who were popular there aswell also became uber in EM. Everything was about them, really annoying after a while.
Fret and fear, for Europe is near.

I don't played PW from another country like Argentina, because the CDKEY was not legal (Strangely NWN1 faded out of the shops).

                        So I Played:

                        NWN1:

Area51: When I started to play this module, has an easy dificult, so, you must level up to 40 in one month, later the module changed to the actual, when top lvl is 16, raising to 20.
Asgoria: The most lame module on the earth, bad communnity, bad admins, bad dms, a top lvl of 12, no magic items, only if you craft it you must have a +3 Armor, Shield or Weapon.
Reinos Olvidados (Forgotten Realms): I DMed on this module, but leans on evidence, what in Argentina the NWN community is fading out, giving room to the childs who plays NWN like L2.

                        NWN2:

Sundren: I searched a lot of PW, but Sundren is without doubt the best module of the available ones.

                          Mossbourne

I was a player and then DM for almost three years on a world called Mossbourne. At one time we had at least 75 hardcore players (it was tough getting on the server many, many times) and we had a dedicated staff of about 10 DMs. The world was huge and the DM and player led events were often, usually large events at least twice or three times a week.

There were many quests and sub quests and at least three dozen large areas to go through, plus all the cities, towns, and quests.

We had a mix of powerbuilders, RPers, and loners and most people were good rpers when the events were run. We also had a core group of PVPers that made it fun and exciting and we actually had two arenas made just for that.

In NWN 1, I began with Avlis then moved on to Hala, skipped off to Abyss 404, and ended up playing mostly in Hades; all of them Confederation of Planes and Planets (CoPaP) worlds. Avlis was memorable largely because of the sheer size and scope. By the time I left, they had like 5 servers and a great playerbase; along with several factions and sponsored player vs. player conflict. It was very immersive. Abyss 404 was simply amazing. The guy who first ran it (Red Golem) was an amazing coder, and the world just had a bunch of cool features (like 10+ custom subraces).... and then I just kind of dug the gloomy underworld atmosphere that Hades had.... including it being illegal to wear bright colors, and things like that.

NWN 2, had me mostly over in Grim's Tavern 2... with a brief stint at the Frontier... and now I'm over here.

On NWN1 I really only played Enchiridion and Masagon - two very small PWs (the playerbase was around 30 max, with 15 online for events) but with equally intense RP. We all knew each other OOC from a local LARP so the environment was great for us. On each server though the mappers/coders fell through and the server died shortly after.

Looking forward to the intense RP again with Sundren (I've been slacking on my application 'cause every time I sign on I'm just astounded by the RP and community-feel on the BBs) without the server-fail. =)
