Well, Omega 3 oils / Fish oils spring to mind instantly as the current in vogue substance for thinking goodness....



(I know you can happily get as much Omega 3 as you would from any fish in the sea from Flaxseed and a bunch of other nuts/seeds.. I just wanted to be a pain)
