I've noticed that if the staff implements something and doesn't tell anyone about it, no one whines about it. But if we announce it, LORD ALMIGHTY ABOVE! do we ever get slammed.

I mean, Spittlefists caves has been on knock-breakaway status for over a week now, and because I didn't say a word to anyone, but The Boys, no one has said a word. But now that I said this, theres gonna be a rash of complaints, flaming opinons, and people insulting my intelligence.

To become a member you must qualify for it.
1.) You cannot be a staff member (except me cause its ultimatley there to help me do my job)
2.) You must have a current member nominate you, and thru secret ballot be approved by a majority of the members. I've made it clear to all members that if they nominate someone because they asked them to, it won't end pretty. So it does no good to ask to get in.

Your judged on such things as
a.) Maturity level of posts.
b.) Contributions to the Server and the Suggestions Page
c.) Ability to make a post without pissing people off. (I'm still trying to teach the 16 year old how to do that.)

Joining this group is also a good way to become a DM, it gives you street credit.

Well, as a rogue I have enjoyed the the unbreakable status of so many things, and hope to see more with all honesty.

I can understand this though. It isn't easy playing a straight rogue on any computer game I've played so far. People were taking a few ranks in Open Locks just to get through that door, and I could see why that would be a complaint.

I'm not one to talk too much, I've been bothered by several things, and I have people I vent to and help me calm down. Sometimes it is just good to get things off your chest, afterwards, cooler heads usually prevail.

A lot of hard work has gone into this world, and it might not be for everybody, but I am glad to be a donator and glad to be part of the people who enjoy the server. I can't make the promise that I will always be here, but as for now, I am pleased with things as they are.

I'm one of those people that loves additional content/improvements to an extent that they are happy to receive new patches and updates. I find it exciting when there are updates, even if there are bugs, because it means there's an active base that actually wants to advance the systems.

Maybe I'm just insane, but I like to see new things. Even if they are remotely blocky in the beginning---it's new and interesting.

I challenge you to find one person, excluding Saulus, yourself, LH, Dune, Mach, Entropy, Phantom Lamb, Gamling, Lollercide, MaddMartigan, or Kaeldorn that would admit to being pissed off by my posts. Or cmosier for that matter. Maybe Aries too.
