  • Demoralize

    Did you know?

In 3.5 PNP, there is an ability of the Intimidate skill called Demoralize. Anyone can do it, allthough it can only be used to reduce an enemies combat effectiveness.

quite interesting don't you think? Not a lot of applications for it I suppose, though it could help against a boss if you got a tank slugging it out with the boss, and everyone else tries to demoralize him and reduce his combat effectiveness each round. (It does stack from different sources!)

Just thought I'd share this for no reason.

    Does it stack with Taunt?

I always thought Taunt was the Demoralize of NWN2.

Taunt gives a -2 to AC and a -2 to Concentration
        Demoralize doesn't effect AC

so yes in theory the -2 to Concentration would stack.
of course since Taunt doesn't exist in PNP its a moot point. (unless you played the dragonlance campaign, where it was a racial skill for kender)

lol, in Dragonlance, nothing can taunt anything else, unless you're a Kender?

Seems wierd. But uh, thanks for sharing this information on Demoralize with us for no reason, Sean.
