Alright, I'm having a serious problem with the game. I was in the Druid's Glade, Alt+Tabbed to MSN, and then went back to the game and had it crash as it was popping up. That part isn't uncommon, and I just shrugged and opened the game again. However, upon trying to re-enter Sundren, it crashed again immediatly, before I even got to choose which character I was going to play. I got the Windows Error message, saying Neverwenter Nights encountered an unknown issue and had to close. Again, I shrugged it off and opened the game again.

I did this about 5 times until I started to get the feeling that something was seriously wrong. I have since closed all other things I was doing and ran the game exclusively, and it still didn't work, crashing before I could even enter the server, choose a character, or load an area.

I don't know what to do.

Just happened to me as well Kang. I thought perhaps it was vista related, but I am having the same issue after reboot as well.

Maybe it's that Noob-Filter(tm) Saulus installed

Yeah, I rebooted to see no improvement. The problem persists.

Is it likely to be on Sundren's end, considering I am not the only one facing the issue?

I just checked that I can connect... Didn't have the issue.

I do. Can't connect. And the last I remembered, I had no issue when logging out last time. Simply crashes when trying to load characters and stuff.

UPDATE! Connected successfully with Direct Connect! Use Direct Connect!

-Rebooted the computer
-Cleaned the CD
-Ran the Sundren Updater
-Used the Hard Disk Cleanup
-Tried Direct Connecting

Nothing works, and NWN2 is still running fine for everything else, other than Sundren.

I'm sure it's something temporary, Sundren-side. Wait it out buddy

Try connecting from the main server list it fixed me.

That's wierd. It worked.

I'm now having the same problem, again, with direct connect. I think that the solution might just be to spam connection attempts.

In any case, meeting group, really sorry about this, I'll be on as soon as I get lucky.
