Yeah... I was extraordinarily excited as soon as I heard there was going to be an Iron man movie. Ever since I was a little kid Iron man has been my all time favorite super hero. Not to mention the Avengers.
That movie was great though, I can't wait for the sequel or Avengers. At least it looked like they set it up for a sequel, so I really hope there is a sequel.
I saw it opening day and managed to get good seats. I thought it was pretty good. I enjoyed the action scenes though, a lot better than the more recent comic book movie crossovers.
The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.
Yea Marvel took it over. They have full creative input now because of Marvel Studios. We can expect them all to be better. I think this one was great!! I especially loved the treat after the credits. My wife was cursing me out for having to sit through them all too....

Argh! I actually missed the part after the credits! I had to get to an Aikido class right after the movie so we had to leave after the credits started rolling. My buddy assured me that we would be able to see it on the internet, so we went to the showing right before my class instead of going to see it after my class.
On another note. I have to say one of the things I loved about the movie was Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark. I was never really a fan of his, honestly I don't know if I've ever even seen one of his movies, I just kind of knew his name. I don't think they could have gotten a better Tony Stark though, and I really hope to see him play the part again.
I actually read a rumor on one of the Marvel forums that Downy jr. has a cameo in the new Hulk coming out.
He is there for recruitment so to say.. can't wait to see if it happens or not ;P

"...is given name, Gō, is also a Japanese homophone for the number 5 (the number on his race car). This is also represented by the yellow letter G embroidered on his short-sleeve blue shirt. The name of the series, Mach GoGoGo is actually a triple entendre: as mentioned, it stands for the number 5, i.e. it is the name of the car, the Mach 5; it is the name of the main character; and it contains the English word "go." Taken together, the program's title thus translates as, "Mach 5, Gō Mifune, Go!"
