Good year for console gamers

This may seem like blasphemy to some of you, but I am as much a console gamer as I am a NWN RPer. Many of you may have game informer or some other type of gaming magazine, but for those that do not here is whats coming out (noteworthy games) this year:

XBOX 360 & PS3

Grand Theft Auto IV - 4/29

Prototype - Summer

(This is PC, but too great NOT to mention) Starcraft II - By the end of the year

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - September

(XBOX 360 only I think) Gears of War II - November

Fable II - By the end of the year

Biggest croc of shit with that game is that there is no dismemberment because of its teen rating. You have to be kidding me? You invest all this time on an engine making so many realistic body movements and making force powers look amazing, but something simple and a must-have like full dismemberment (lightsabers that can't cut off limbs... durr??) is completely missing.

I'm also looking at getting Okami and Mario Galaxy. Just, ah...a little strapped for cash at the moment.

Galaxy is pretty awesome, loads of fun 3D action. Haven't quite finished it yet though.

A shame about that. The people with Lucas Arts have been reaching out to all generations so this really isn't a surprise that they would want to make the game so that teens can purchase it. *shrugs* I'm as disappointed as you are however...
