I imagine I'll get banned for this, but what you are saying is, you don't want feedback, you don't want to share your plans with the community, and if anyone disagrees with you, you will boot them. This is not good in the long term for any server which is by its nature a social construct which involves give and take from players AND the DMs. Thats my opinion.

Which is flawed. You cannot understand what I have to do and put up with, and why would I have a suggestion forum if I don't want feedback? The problem is not every suggestion will work, not every one is constructive feedback. And if people are going to be blatently rude to me in their disagreements to me and disresectful, then yes I don't want them around.

Now you're just putting words in my mouth and bringing the same completely ignorrant thinking to the table. I do nothing but share plans with the community, in fact if you look through the forums enough almost every single decision or change has come in to question, and if I answered every single one of them then nothing would get done around here. You'd be surprised to know how much has evolved in Sundren due to player input, but if all input was accepted and taken into consideration then Sundren wouldn't be what we're trying to build, and that's something that cannot happen.

As well, I didn't ask for your opinion how to run a server, I've never asked for anyone's, and I don't want to see it either. I didn't start this to go to anyone on the internet and say "What do you think I am doing wrong" because there's really only one right answer and that's the fact that I know what is best for Sundren because I'm in the centre of it all and I deem what my goal is for the project, not you. Maybe I don't want a server packed with 40/40 people with endless childish drama and other crap that contributes more stress than pleasure for me and the staff.

Perhaps I'm filling a niche for a mature audience who understands the difference between constructive criticism and a blatently rude attitude with no consideration of the work and effort of the party involved, instead they want to give a dose of their "expertise" which usually equates to none. I'm glad the majority of people here understand what that's about.

Anyone who can provide constructive criticism has and always will be welcome to provide where appropriate on this forum.

But then as well Shad you have been a user who has been warned about bad behaviour before, so it's not like it's a big surprise to me you disagree. To the perspective of some others though, you're just a victim because I'm the Admin, and it gets to be a tiresome bit of sympathy that some players get when other people never see the real story.
