It the U.S. I think we normally call it smashed? (could be mashed though in other places I wasn't sure what he meant at first either lol) Although I do not drink, so... yes I also do not condone under age drinking or of age drinking to the point where you are drunk.

Yeah last time I checked it was 19, because lots of people in Michigan flock to Canada on their 19th birthdays to get hammered (because they are irresponsible fools I guess), although I've yet to go to Canada since I turned 19 and I'm almost 20 now lol. Last time I was in Toronto I was 18 I think.

I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't even eat meat. I got snowed into my house on my birthday, and couldn't open the front door. I also got no gifts because everyone in my family is paying for either my lawyer bills, or my charitable trip to Mali, Africa, or my jaw surgery. Furthermore, 17 is a useless age up here. It doesn't permit me to do anything new.
