I was going to say something about that but I couldn't remember if it was a TV series or a movie lol, but yeah that was pretty cool.

Also in no particular order
- 007: Goldeneye
- The Princess Bride
- Star Wars: A New Hope
- Gone in 60 seconds
- Fight Club
Edit: The Punisher gets bumped off that list, to be replaced by The Princess Bride. I can't believe I forgot about that one.Last edited by Aries1918; 03-15-2008, 02:12 AM.Your friendly neighborhood drunk

Wow... I could never hope to actually compile a favorite top 5 myself, I'de go crazy constantly switching out the titles lol, (I have more like an internal top...50) but here's some movies I like.
V for Vendetta, Batman Begins, Juno was really good, umm... Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle, Miyazaki's Spirited Away (and for that matter any movie from Hayao Miyazaki although those 3 are particularly spectacular). The last 3 are anime movies, and right now I just can't think of another movie although I know there is a ton of them. Oh, Superbad was utterly hilarious when I watched it with some of my friends, I don't know if I actually stopped laughing until the movie stopped playing once it started.Akodo
Rhime - or is he?

I'm with Jaeram, I couldn't possibly condense it into a list of exactly five movies.
Star Wars rocks (except episode 2) (episode 5 might have been the best)
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy was rather funny
Monty Python, in any of their spectacular work
Hayao Miyazaki ("See with eyes unclouded by hate")
Hmm...looks like I just like a lot of series/similar works. Heh.
Also, I have heard I should really see The Princess Bride eventually.

I often wonder what the hell kind of drugs most movie writers/producers are on when they film super hero movies. Seriously, it's like they go completely out of their way to screw up the storyline and characters. I have on VHS the original transformers the movie, it was animated, and it think it was so much better then the new flashy/explosion/shiny colors/sparklies/soylent green crap we got.
Now the newest Batman Begins was awesome and true to the spirit and storyline of the real Batman. I've really got my hopes up for this new Hulk movie and of course Iron Man. I mean the new Iron Man movie actually follows the first three comic books to the letter in most spots, I am very stoked to see it.Current Player Of: Aden Astartes, Orren Baneshollow, Amnius, Kord Illumen and Lotho

Wow, I totally forgot about Lucky Number Sleven, that was a really good movie.
Yes, you do need to see The Princess Bride, it's a very good movie, and also it made me think of Robin Hood: Men In Tights, also a great movie, to top it off I suggest seeing pretty much every Mel Brooks film ever created.
Edit - Lol, draco I like how you linked Katamari Damacy for acid.Akodo
Rhime - or is he?

...All that will do is limit this entire forum to a single post.
