I don't know if I could ever be a vegan, I like fish and chicken too much. Although I do eat a lot of fruits and vegetables so it wouldn't really kill me to do it for a little while, like it would some people lol.

My favorite food is pork ribs. Nope, not giving that up.

My favourite is lamb. Don't know why.

But once I realized that eating is not a pass-time, not a hobby, not a game, and not based on enjoyment, it was easy to give up many things. Once I got it through my head that eating is something done for energy, health, and sustinence, I decided to actually use it as such. I eat a lot of things that taste terrible just because I know they are better for me than anything I'd ever heard of before. Right now, for instance, I'm drinking something as thick as a milkshake, green as grass, and it smells like a field of it, as well - it tastes absolutely terrible, but eating isn't for pleasure. Only fat Americans disagree!

I'm 155 pounds of pure boxing muscle, and I would have to disagree sir =)

I find that food is something to be enjoyed thoroughly, but I still have a healthy body that can easily go more than a few rounds. Yes, you should eat healthy, but hell. Since you're going to eat the rest of your life, you had might as well enjoy it.

And I love lamb as well =P

Not better. Just different. But still better in my own mind. =D

Hmm... I can't say that I couldn't use to lose a few pounds, but, I do try to eat healthy. I've been practicing kick boxing for a few years, football, and weight lifting, along with my martial art now, lots of campus walking, and the occasional woodlands paint ball, and I can honestly say that even with my bad asthma (I was born with it and my doctor's have told me that I will probably never grow out of it) I don't really have a problem doing any of those things on my diet. I do enjoy my food but I think a lot of it has to do with telling your self when to stop. Also, we do a lot of little things to help with it, besides eating enough fruits and vegetables, like when we make Manwich (sloppy joe) instead of using beef, we use a good ground turkey that we found, I actually like the taste better and compared to the beef the fat and cholesterol from the meat is almost non existant. Although I do think it helps that I eat a lot of whole grains, drink pop very rarely (less than a glass a week), avoid heavily processed, frozen, foods and I don't normally eat any sweets unless it's the holiday season I mentioned before...

I had asthma, but luckily it subsided at around 13 years old. And damn, I wish I could go woodland paintballing! I've only been indoors, and if I were to guess, theres no comparison; outdoor sounds so much more fun.

And football is a woman's sport. So is ultimate frisby, if anyone was gonna mention it. Play rugby! Thats where its at. And kickboxing was last year's thing! Now its all about Mixed Martial Arts.

                      Get with the times people.

Lol, I'm actually not that big of a fan of MMA because do to the nature of my art they don't allow people to use it, and kick boxing is a great supplement to my martial art. I don't know how far you are from Michigan (you said you were in Canada), but we have one of the greatest woodland paint ball fields in the world here. It's called Hell Survivors, it's where they hold the Tippmann master's tournament every year, along with many other huge events. I am currently planning my next outing for a 12 hour scenario (including night play, from 12pm-12am) for this May with some of my friends, it should be fun.

Edit: I've always wanted to try rugby, because it looked fun, but I have no idea how to play, and people here don't really seem interested in it at all. So instead we just play full contact foot ball with no pads. (I do mean American foot ball, not soccer).

I think that version of football was the one he meant. And if he didn't mean it, I do =D

                          Soccer FTW!!!

Soccer's not bad either, although I have no one to play it with, and the only part I'm any good at is goalie.

Yeah, I mean football is girly in comparison to rugby. Soccer is even worse though; its not even a sport.

And I envy you, having such a great paintball opportunity. Its more fun than anything, ever! I love paintball, but there just arent any good places around here.

And what art is it that you do, Jaeram?

Anything that has given me multiple concussions during practice is a sport. And yes, my soccer team played rough. I think you would have liked it, if you like rugby. It pretty much looked just like a game of rugby, lol.
