  • Brag about your computer!

Yes; We're nerds. Some of us like to brag about our computers, be it their looks, their raw power, or their smell. (Huh?)

I know Saulus will want to impress us all with his monster-PC.

Remember: If you're going to attach pictures to the posts, please use thumbnails. Some of us are on pretty slow internet connections

Meh; A dead topic from the start, it would seem.

        Here's my go:

        Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 (2,4 Ghz)
Cooled with a Coolermaster Gemin II w/ 2 1600 RPM 120 mm fans
Mounted on a (Don't buy this!) Asus P5N-E SLi
        XFX OC2 Geforce 8800 GTX
        SteelsSound 7.1 Soundcard for SteelSound 5H V2

The motherboard is very stable, but the southbridge is nonsensically placed just besides the video card exhaust. To add to the cooling nightmare, there's no way to mount a fan on the northbridge without welding it onto it...

nice machine...sadly mine only gets 28 miles to the gallon, picks up chics, but man...the cooling and sound system is awesome.

....I could add neon lights and more windows to see the inners but I'm more of a sleeper machine kinda user.

Core 2 Duo e6600 @ 2.7Ghz (Mobo sucks at OCing)
Asus P5N32-SLI SE DELUXE nforce 4 chipset
                2GB Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800 Dual Channel
                Soundblaster X-fi Fatal1ty 64MB X-ram
                Foxconn 8800GTS 320mb @ 665/1015
                WD Raptor 75GB @ 10,000RPM
                Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit

                163.75 NVIDIA Drivers

I have dual DVD burners as well, some nice 18x Black LGs. Don't remember the model offhand. My monitor is a Viewsonic 19'' VX924 (3ms response time), and I have a peak 1100 watt 5.1 speaker system, Logitech z5500s.

My keyboard is a Logitech G15 (onboard LCD, I love that nwn2 supports it as I can see my stats on it). And my mouse is of course the 2000 dpi Logitech G7, also in black with carbon fibre styling. Don't forget my 70$ gaming mousepad made of some special material which I forget.

And yes, the mousepad with that mouse helps me with my headshots in CoD4 and 2142.
