The server is up, but the faction system is all malfunctioning. I lost all faction and can't use items with rep. It may need a reboot or fix?

Not sure what's happening, but I've elevated this to staff level to see if anybody else knows what's going on. In the meantime, would you and anybody else experiencing this please answer a few preliminary questions?
Do you know / are you able to describe what happened or what your character was doing prior to losing all reputation? Was it triggered by something? Or did you log in and it was already gone?
When was the last time your reputation was correct, if you remember? -

This has happened a couple times before. Usually after server reset, everything goes back to how it should. As for how reps were looking yesterday, for the factioned characters I was on, all the scores were looking normal, and are now gone.We can axe if we want to, leave that sword behind. Because your friends don't axe, and if they don't axe then they're no friends of mine.Comment

Hopefully Saulus is around to hit the server with the reset brick, otherwise we'll just have to sit tight for now.
It's annoying when this type of thing happens, but, alas... That's software.It is the greatest of all mistakes to do nothing because you can only do a little - Do what you can.

Indeed. I'm nerfed still. I can't use any faction gear and show -10,000 rep. Something is horribly wrong guys. Any ideas?
