  • The Nine-Fingered DM

The newest addition to the Requiem family: a bird that will take off a finger if I approach it the wrong way. If anyone is curious, he looks so chewed up because he has s plucking problem (semi-common in African Greys) which is why we adopted him from his former family: to try and give him more attention and handling to stop the plucking. Normally, they look more like this.

Aren't African greys like. Crazy amounts of intelligent?

Poor little guy. Hope he feels better, soon, that's a shame.

But I still hate all animals, nothing changes this.
I can't tell you enough how happy I am to escape.

The irony of a leader of the Tuatha hating animals is too much for me.

I've always had a absolutely PETRIFYING fear of beaked critters as a child.

This is all thanks to 'Peaches'. A parrot I met at around the age of... think I was 11. And whatever breed of parrot this thing of pure hatred was, it stood from top of its head to tail feathers taller then me.

Peaches was so angry, this bird had its own room. I only met it once, it was the pet of my mother's boyfriend's boss. A 'animal guy', in that way that... he buys loads of animals, but doesn't really have the time for all of them.

Peaches is a dick, that nearly ripped this guy's fingers off a few times. You could tell there was crazy bloodlust in this stupid thing's eyes. It should've been a turducken.

Birds are hate-fueled nighmares of bloodlust and constant shitting because once they were dinosaurs. And they have never forgotten this.

This is what people seem to forget.

Fun fact: I joined a forum at parrotforums.com to seek help for the bird plucking its feathers out, and it has the same forums as Sundren. Different layout, but I got a similar popup on account creation, many of the options/user CP stuff is the same...perhaps Saulus is a stealth avian vet?
