Budding Sci-Fi/Fantasy Writer Opportunity

Technically, anyone else who sees this will be my competition, but I could use the karma :P

I've bought a few books from them in the past, and it seems legit, though I know nothing about the publishing world.

Any other aspiring writers might be interested. The cutoff date is 31 august 2014, and there's a 17,500 word minimum. It must be Sci-Fi or Fantasy.
