    Finally..

    Finally. A nice day off, no pressing commitments, no work.. A whole day to myself. Besides spending a little time on Sundren, here is what I accomplished today with my new smoker..








    Just a few more hours on the shoulder.. 4 lbs. of heaven for me to take to work each day, and make all my co-workers jealous.

        Oh yes! Nice vertical smoker. My results changed significantly after switching to a propane version. Enjoy.
