On this day, the 24th April in the year of our crucible 2014, we mark the passing of a beloved friend.
Known to many as 'the hovercraft', 'the other woman' or 'that thing' you were a constant source of fan based noise and time sinking, while fate may have robbed you of your larger display and tablet in recent years you remained an ever present constant in our household.
Your platters housed many dreams and aspirations, smattered as they were with a great many projects both half completed and incomplete for both this server and for film and radio beyond.
You were never afraid to join me in new adventures, from ridiculously over ambitious projects to saving the known galaxy from terrible threats, from DOSbox to Titanfall you were there to have fun with, rule the world with and headshot fools with.
You passed into the realms of Science with a great amount of flashing ASCII, and as indicates many a passing, an unfortunate smell. It is hoped that whatever layer of the great renderfarm in the sky you've joined, your renders are high def and uncorrupted.
It is survived by a laptop, two tablets and a smartphone.
