    Questions about Item Use Limits

    There is a set of Dragon Totem Bracers that states "Use Limitation: Barbarian (10.)

    Question. Does this mean it requires 10 barbarian levels? Or merely a character of at least level 10 that has Barbarian levels?

    I'm level 15. But I only have 2 Barbarian Levels. Can I use this item?

    I want to know before I spend 24,000 on it. Thanks!

    You need 10 barbarian levels. Those items are specifically designed to help out characters who focus in one class.

    FYI, you can't bypass the red Use Limitations through Use Magic Device either.

      The limitations are, from my understanding, designed to reward consistent builds, rather than the breakout power-builds or class-dipping.
