Does being in the GURPS game preclude one from being in the WoD game too?

My WoD is slightly rusty, would this be the first run of Vamp, or the post-world-wipe/new system?

And yes, I am a gaming addict... so I would like to squeeze in here too if there is room, but I will bow out if space becomes cramped or someone else did no have a chance to be in either of the game you mentioned and really wants a piece of this one.
