As per the topic, me and the missus (to be) are planning out the details of our wedding g next year, naturally the most important part is the honeymoon!

Has anyone been to the Galapagos on holiday, if so do you have any recommendations in terms of companies, hotels, things to do (or avoid)?

That is just awesome... Unfortunately I've never been but it sounds great. The Galapagos sounds like one of those once in a lifetime events. Sounds like your going to have a blast.
