        Is it Rank or Reputation? I can swear Byrun has had the same Rank for awhile, but the Stipend has gone up. Not 100% on this though. I know you guys designed it and all.

          It's based on reputation. I tracked Julia's stipend when she was still in Blackwood, and her pay stub went up with her rep, even though her rank didn't change.
